How to get started and launch the order management pages.
Logging in is quick and easy. Just click the login button and enter your credentials to reveal the "Manage Customers" button.
Pop open the login panel.

The waiting list page is where you can track your customers' status from the time they get in line to the point you are ready to take their order.

Choose from the list of options:
Open, Closed, Sold Out, Not Taking Orders
Let your customers know what hours you're open.
Update the address of your restaurant/truck, as well as your email, phone and website.
Update the usernames for each of your social accounts.
Be sure to save your changes or they won't be reflected on the customer-facing app.
How to add a customer at the point of sale.
When you don't have a long line or would rather not have your customers use the app; you can manually add a customer's name and phone number after they order. This will send a text message confirmation immediately and another when their order is ready.
Tapping the Add Customer Icon opens a pop up so you can manually add them by inputting their name and phone number.
The pop up allows you to add a customer manually. This will place them with a status of "In Progress."
How to progress orders through the system.
To change the status of an order, slide the name left or right to reveal a button. The icon shown on the button corresponds to the status change.
Swiping right reveals buttons you can tap that move orders forward to the next step or backward to previous steps.
Swiping left reveals buttons you can tap in case there's an problem. These buttons let you pause the order, cancel it or send that customer a message.
How to send a specific customer a message.
There are times where you need to let the customer know that they need to come back to the counter. This could be because you need more information, there's a problem with their order or an item is now sold out.
