Logging In

Logging in is quick and easy. Just click the login button and enter your credentials to reveal the "Manage Customers" button.

Waiting List Page

The waiting list page is where you can track your customers' status from the time they get in line to the point you are ready to take their order.


In-Progress Page

The waiting list page is where you can track your customers' status from the time they order to the point their order is completed.


Stats Page
  • Statistics for today's orders. Including how many orders have been completed and cancelled as well as the average wait time and order time.

Account Page

The account page is where you update the information about your restaurant. These changes can be seen on the customer-facing app.

Adding Customers

How to add a customer at the point of sale.

When you don't have a long line or would rather not have your customers use the app; you can manually add a customer's name and phone number after they order. This will send a text message confirmation immediately and another when their order is ready.
